Tom and Connie Pearson, owners of Arrowhead Carpet & Tile began their business career 44 years ago in Talihina, Oklahoma. In 1985 they purchased a free standing carpet store in Flagstaff AZ. They operated the Flagstaff store continuously until 1992 when they sold it and moved to Glendale AZ. In Glendale, they built their present location a 20,000 sq ft building on Bell Rd and 63rd Ave. Arrowhead Carpet & Tile, the largest flooring showroom and warehouse operation in the Northwest Valley.
Tom and Connie have enjoyed great success in Glendale. They credit their success to having capable and knowledgeable employees. Their employees credit the stores success to Tom and Connie's hard work, attention to details and Tom's motto of "Never allowing the customer to have a reason to be unhappy with their purchase."
